Find answers to common questions about our car rental services, including booking, pricing, insurance, pickup, and return policies.
What types of cars are available for rent?
We offer a diverse fleet of fully insured, well-maintained vehicles, including compact cars, SUVs, and vans.
How do I book a rental car?
Simply contact us with your desired rental dates and vehicle preferences.
What is the payment process?
For both short-term and monthly rentals, you’ll pay a 100% deposit to us. The car security deposit are paid directly to the Car Rental when picking up your vehicle. Monthly rates are adjusted accordingly for longer rentals.
What happens if I need to cancel my booking?
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the rental start date incur a 10% processing fee. For cancellations within 30 days, 50% is non-refundable.
What is the car security deposit, and how is it handled?
The Car Rental holds a security deposit to cover any potential damages or late returns. You’ll receive a full refund when the car is returned in good condition.
Do You Offer Car Delivery Services?
Free car delivery is available in the Chaweng area, with a 300-500 baht delivery fee for locations outside this zone.
Can I extend my rental period?
Yes, rental extensions can be arranged.
Are the vehicles insured?
Yes, all vehicles are fully insured and comply with Thai regulatory and safety standards. Upon pickup, customers must provide either a deposit of 5,000-10,000 baht (depending on the car model) or leave their passport as security. In case of an accident, the customer’s maximum liability is 10,000 baht.
When can I start my rental?
Rentals start the day after booking at the earliest, allowing us time to confirm availability and prepare your vehicle.
What documents do I need to rent a car?
A valid Thai or International driver’s license is required and will be verified by the Car Rental at pickup. Please note that we cannot reimburse the deposit if your license is invalid.

Do You Own All The Cars You Rent?
We don’t own the vehicles directly. We partner with Koh Samui’s rental providers to offer our clients the best selection of cars. Our pricing remains transparent—we don’t add a markup to rental rates but instead receive a commission from our trusted partners.
